I have been to Canada before only once and I went to Clifton Hill. I went as more of an underage using my enhanced license. I liked it but I also wanted to see the falls and Toronto. We just went for a one day trip so we didn’t stop and see the falls before we left.

I want to get a hotel that overlooks the falls and has all the lights around by the falls when it gets dark out. They have a Skylon Tower that looks over the whole entire falls and you can see everything around and it’s very cheap to be on the observation deck. I would want to go and take pictures of all of the falls and everything that surrounds.

I would also like to go back to Clifton Hill and have a full day there to explore and hang out around that strip. This is where a lot of young people hang out and walk around so being here would be fun. They have a sky wheel and many more attractions just in one packed in the area.

Niagara Falls would be pretty and a good experience I could share with friends and look at different parts around Canada for a few days.

Boston is one of my destinations because of Fenway Park. Being a sports management major this a park that is always talked about and is said to be something to see. I want to go on a weekend trip here so I could watch a game but also look around in the heart of Boston.

Fenway Park is a historical landmark that would be great to see before it eventually gets updated and you can’t recognize the old traits that it once had. I’m also a huge baseball fan I am not a Red Soxs fan but I would go to watch them play the Yankees.

Although seeing this landmark would be amazing there are a few other things that I would like to do while I am there. They have a New England Aquarium which I said I love to go to in other blog posts. It is only around thirty dollars to go here and would be a good way to spend the day in Boston on a nongame day.

They also have a really nice Vineyard called Martha’s Vineyard. I love wine tours and vineyards so taking a day trip here would also be a fun activity. this is around ninety dollar fee for the whole day. My mother also loves baseball and wine tours. She has been asking to go to a Yankees game for awhile and wanted to do a wine tour for my birthday but we never got around to it. Making a weekend trip here would be getting both of those things off of my bucket list.

Nashville, Tennessee is my number one place to visit this summer. Out of all of the other places on my travel blog, this is the one I’m really excited about and need to go to. I love country music and this would be the heart of it all!

There’s a country music hall of fame and museum, it’s one of the world’s largest museums. They are always changing their exhibit pieces so I’m not sure which ones they would have when I attend but it is always new and old country music. They also have three restaurants with amazing chefs that love to cook all types of southern foods that I’d want to try!

I also would like to go to the Grand Ole Opry where so many of my favorite music artist have performed before. There are so many different packages you could purchase for the Opry. Personally, I would have to go all out and get the best package and backstage passes! There would be no point in going all the way there without experiencing everything possible.

This is the top place I’d like to go on my travel list and I hope that it meets my expectations! I have been thinking about a trip here for years but I haven’t had the time to go and look around. It’s a far trip to take but something I think would be worth it to me. I love country music and country bars and this would be a good vacation .

This destination may seem way off and different from all of my others but this is one of my foodie spots that I need to visit. Seattle, Washington is a big place for seafood lovers which I am. I always love to get seafood and here we dot have the most amazing places to eat it. Binghamton is not very big so our best seafood option would most likely be Red Lobster which is nothing compared to the places here.

After doing some research on some of the best seafood places one that kept popping up was called Dahlia Lounge. I looked at the menu for this and the meals are anywhere for thirty to forty dollars which is kind of crazy for the plates that they show with almost nothing on them but it is a high class restaurant. On of the things I would want to try here would be something called the dungeness crab. This includes such weird things together but it so interesting. One thing that stands out in this meal is that it includes potato chips.

Another place is called Emerald City Fish and Chips this is more of a laid back place that you would normally see a fish fry. The meals are around ten dollars top but they have almost no bad reviews. Here we have some fish fry’s but they are ehh okay and something that you just wanted but here it looks amazing with so many different home sides and the company is laid back and fun

This is an unusual destination but sometimes foodie destinations end up being the best ones!

There are many places in California that I want to visit but my top is Laguna Beach and all of the attractions that come with it. When I was younger the show Laguna Beach came out and I would watch every episode. Recently, I went back to re-watch these episodes and seeing some of the places they were visiting made me want to visit.

One restaurant that always appears on the show is San Shi Go. This is one known as one of the best restaurants in Laguna Beach for sushi which I love. Looking at pictures and watching the show it has such a good view of the ocean and at night they set up so many lights and it’s such a pretty scenery and a calm, cool place to eat. For this trip and visiting a lot of the actual spots in the show, I would need to work and save so much money because just looking at the menu for this San Shi Go they are very expensive which is no shock.

For nightlife in Laguna beach, the bar I would want to visit is called the Rooftop Lounge. You have to climb up a few flights of stairs and the best time to go is when the sun is about to set. There is a full 360 view of all of Laguna Beach when you get to the top of the stairs that is unreal. I heard the food there is also amazing but if you actually want to get a seat and not be standing up there the whole time you have to get there so early which I imagine is not an easy task.

Lastly, I want to visit a boutique they always would shop at called Laguna Supply. Even shopping in the small boutique in Binghamton is so expensive so I can’t imagine what the prices in there are but just to look would be cool. (I would probably end up buying something can’t help myself). They have a lot of pieces in the store but some re from very good designers.

Vegas has always been one of the top places I’ve wanted to visit and I’ve even considered it for Spring Break! I’ve been to Atlantic City at 18 but that could never live up to Vegas. Now that I’m finally 21 and can gamble and do all of the activities in Vegas I’ve been trying to convince everyone to go. I’m more of a night owl so hearing a city that never sleeps is such an interest to me.

Although Vegas is known as Sin City and has a wild nightlife which I want to experience other things are also so appealing and on my bucket list. They have a Vegas nightlife helicopter that flies over the Vegas strip and a few other main attractions and will show you all of the lights and the main attractions around. I think instead of a helicopter ride in the day time around the canyon seeing all of the lights and all the people would be way more interesting to me.

I, of course, want to visit a lot of casinos and see the differences and all of the high-class casinos. One casino is Mandalay Bay casino in this casino they have a shark reef that is covered by glass and you can walk through it. It’s like a mini aquarium built into a casino which is so cool to me and something that I want to see for myself. I’ve been to casinos before but never one with a whole shark reef walkthrough built into it.

The City that never sleeps is in my top 2 places to visit if it happens for spring break or during the summer. This is exciting for me to be able to finally be old enough to experience everything in Vegas and enjoy the whole time!

This would not be a summer destination because I would like to experience this while it is Mardi Gras. I think New Orleans would be an amazing place to celebrate with all of those people there for the same thing. The atmosphere has to be incredible and so much fun. The city has been said to be very vibrant and has a lot of jazz and dancing in the streets.

Roaming the streets with friends looking at how serious they take the celebration there would be amazing. This has always been an interest on mine seeing so many videos on social media and they also had a Real World season that was set here which just increased my interest because I was obsessed with the show.

Although, the night life and Mardi Gras would be amazing I also want to try gumbo. My cousin just went to visit for a music festival and said that he was eating gumbo almost every time that he went out to eat. This would be a big change for me because I am very picky about my foods but the spices and all the seafood sounds so appealing.

Another place I would like to travel to is Ireland. This is one of the places I would like to go because of the festivals that they hold every year. Mostly for the St. Patrick’s Day festival. I have had a friend experience and this has been an interest since! They have many people in costumes, they have street theaters and just the scenery would be amazing.

My family is also Irish so that sparks an interest to go there as well. None of them currently live there but they have had the chance to visit and have the experience. Bringing some of my family like my mother and grandmother on this trip would also be something I’d like to do when I am on my summer break.

Another reason to explore Ireland would be to visit Dublin. A lot of people choose this destination in Ireland and it’s very popular. When doing research on a trip to Dublin I came across something called a “Dublin Pass.” This is where you would get to go to thirty of the most visited Dublin attractions. There will be restaurants, shopping, theatres, and museums. This would most likely have to be a long trip to get all of these visits in but it would be worth the trip and the time.

To start my journey off of my summer trips my first destination will be New Jersey. You may ask why New Jersey? I choose New Jersey because this someday I hope to work and live long term. I have visited in high school for a travel softball tournament and I instantly fell in love!

I have visited this past summer to go to a career far at the MetLife Stadium which is home to the New York Jets and the New York Giants. There were so many teams and career opportunities for a sports management major. I had a talk with the sales representative in Red Bull and have since wanted to do an interview.

This is the start of my journey because I want to go and explore the town that this job will specifically be in before I get my hopes up to high for this area! I want to spend a night in the city and just see how I fit in with the atmosphere. I want to spend a day looking at shops, looking around the town, and just seeing the overall normal there.

I hope this first journey excites me and makes me even more excited to go and experience a new city! I am from Harpursville, New York which is just fifteen minutes from Binghamton with not a lot of job opportunities for Sport Management. Exploring this big city and starting all over is exciting and new!
